By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
Our apps are distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Your download, installation and use of an app are also governed by the terms of the store you obtained it from (Google Play Terms of Service or the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable store's terms for matters under that store's control (such as delivery, availability, and purchase), the store's terms prevail.
Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases (for example, to unlock features, remove advertising, or purchase additional content). All in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple, and are subject to their respective billing and refund policies:
Consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for digital content under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and equivalent local law. This right ends once you have begun to download or access the purchased digital content with your express prior consent, which you give by confirming the purchase in the store. Nothing in this section affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
The materials within our Service are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Coconut Island Apps or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our Service, even if Coconut Island Apps or a Coconut Island Apps authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for matters that cannot, under applicable law, be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer. If you are a consumer, the disclaimers and limitations above apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law and do not affect your non-waivable statutory rights.
The materials appearing in our Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on our Service are accurate, complete or current.
Coconut Island Apps has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Service and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Coconut Island Apps of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence (in line with Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation and equivalent UK law).
